I never thought of balloon folding as art until I met Smarty Pants. Smarty and his wife and partner The Lovely Miss Dena were set up next to my booth at a local street fair over the summer. It was mesmerizing to watch Smarty turn balloons into gorgeous pieces of art! Here are a few of my favorite creations from the fair.
